Meet The Chef
Chef Ken has over 25 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine. He is a trained professional with a passion for cooking and catering.

Ken lived in Japan, Hawaii, and California, married a Japanese woman, and moved to Austin, TX in 2012
and then to Dallas, Texas in 2015.
​
He has experience at Nobu, Uchi, and many restaurants. Now pursues his dream of catering and cooking for private parties; where he seeks to delight his guests with delicious hibachi cuisine and impeccable professional service.

Ken provides non-stop entertainment while preparing delicious Japanese entrees. This will be the best hibachi experience of your life no need to leave your backyard or venue!

Our Service
Hibachi Ya is a hibachi catering company.
We bring our hibachi grill and experienced chef.
The host only has to set up tables and chairs, and provide plates and utensils.
Each guest can choose their customized meal.

$59 Per person
$29 Per child 12 and under

All orders include hibachi vegetables, fried rice, and a side of fresh salad as well as our signature sauces.

Travel Charge
We can travel anywhere
to serve you!
Any mileage beyond a 15-mile radius of Carrollton TX 75006 will incur a travel charge of $2.50/mile up to 100 miles.

Hibachi Ya style has been popular in backyards, lakeside, farms, and event venue.
Deposit
To secure a date a $200
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required.
This charge will be deducted from the food order total.
Cancellatioins
48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduled parties, but the $200 booking fee will not be returned.
If you would like to reschedule, every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling within our open availability.
